As a candidate for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), you know there is much more to project scheduling than just the use of tools and technology to build a schedule for your team.
The exam consist of 170 questions. PMI doesn’t provide the minimum passing score. This exam is 210 minutes long and based on Multiple Answer questions (MCQs), Multiple answers, simulations, and diagrams.
In this PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® Training course, you will gain in-depth knowledge of how to schedule the project effectively. You will also learn many essential topics such as developing an overall schedule model, developing a scheduled approach, performing measurement baseline, analysing major milestones, distributing final schedule reports, etc.

Are you eligible?
To be eligible to sit for the CAPM exam, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- You must possess a secondary degree, such as a high school diploma, GED (general educational development), or its equivalent recognized globally..
- Before taking the exam, you need to have completed a minimum of 23 contact hours of project management education. This requirement can be fulfilled through PMI’s online “Project Management Basics” course.
Possess advanced project leadership experience.
You could qualify for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
